Insulated Sandwich Panels are an innovative building material for walls and roofs with PIR, EPS, Mineral Wool, Hybrid, or Quantum cores. These panels are lightweight yet strong, providing high thermal insulation, soundproofing, and fire resistance for up to 120 minutes. With a slip joint and hidden screw connection system, installation is neater, faster, and more efficient than conventional materials.
The panels are manufactured in a factory (precast), enabling a very fast and dry assembly process at the project site. This not only speeds up the overall construction, but also allows construction to continue during the rainy season.
The core insulation of the panels ensures interior comfort. These panels are heat-resistant (thermal insulation) and noise-resistant (acoustic insulation). In addition, the material is termite-proof and moisture-resistant, and has a durable and earthquake-resistant construction.
Due to their relatively low construction costs and time efficiency, these panels offer long-term savings. Their removable (transportable) and environmentally friendly nature makes them a flexible, modern choice for a variety of building needs.
